We offer both off-the-shelf, widely-useable cell lines, as well as custom generation of transgenic human pluripotent stem cell lines. Those could be made in human ES (including those with StemCore-owned IP rights) or footprint free iPS lines of either gender, and currently include host cell lines for CRISPR/Cas9-assisted inducible gene mutagenesis or up – or down-modulation (CRISPRa and CRISPRi)  experiments, live cell fluorescent protein-based reporters, and more.
We also offer a number of hPSC Cas9-edited knock-in reporter lines, including a versatile H9/WA09-based calcium reporter robustly and ubiquitously expressing the 6th generation GFP-derived reporter protein, GCaMP6f.
