Genome editing in human pluripotent stem cells and iPSC generation for 2019 AUD*

StemCore, the longest-running federally-funded Australian stem cell and functional genomics facility, based in the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology – UQ, is expanding its activities into a wide range of advanced genome editing approaches.

We invite you to capitalise on our substantial experience in performing precise genome and gene expression manipulations in a sustainable and versatile human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) model, or in induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells generated by us using the most advanced methods, our trademark service.

For only AUD2019*, we offer the generation of stable clonal hPSC lines**, carrying either an existing transgene or any other novel genomic alteration we will help you design.

We can design and generate all necessary reagents for you, or use the reagents you provide or a pre-existing transgene and site-specific nucleases (e.g. available from Addgene), to generate essentially any transgenic or sequence-altered clonal hPSC line, that will become a key component in keeping your research competitive and fundable nationally and internationally.

And, as a special limited-time offer**, we propose the generation of iPS cells from dermal fibroblasts for as little as 2019AUD/donor (in cohorts of 12+ samples).

 * does not include homology-directed repair donor design and synthesis cost; **limited to the facility’s production capacity for 2019.
