Pluripotent Cell Lines

StemCore has exclusive rights and ownership of the NIH approved MEL embryonic stem cell lines. Cell stocks are provided on a cost recovery basis together with highly detailed product information sheets for quality assurance.

MEL1, 2, 3 and 4 are available for purchase. Lines are provided under acceptance of a Universal Biological MTA.

Each vial of pluripotent cells is provided from a working cell bank characterised for pluripotency markers and differentiation capacity. Additionally banks are provided free of gross chromosomal abnormalities (G-banding) and more specific copy number variations associated with pluripotent cells in long term culture.
